Pairs & Markets
Pairs & Markets is whale.ag’s map of Hyperliquid: every perpetual market the exchange trades, in one ranked, searchable list, each row carrying the live numbers that decide whether a market is worth opening. It is a browsing layer over Hyperliquid — nothing here touches your funds, and your wallet stays your own account throughout.
The board
Markets are ranked by 24-hour volume by default, so the busiest names sit at the top and the whole board is visible without curation — every perp Hyperliquid lists, not a hand-picked subset. Each row reads at a glance: a live mark price (the price Hyperliquid uses to value positions and trigger liquidations), the 24-hour change, the funding rate (the periodic payment between longs and shorts on Hyperliquid perps, positive when longs pay shorts), and open interest (the total value of open positions in that market). The numbers update live, so you size up a market before you ever open it.
Search filters the list as you type, so a symbol is a few keystrokes away rather than a scroll. Clicking any market loads it in the Trading Terminal, ready to trade from your own wallet.
| Column | What it means |
|---|---|
| Mark price | The live price Hyperliquid uses to value positions and trigger liquidations. |
| 24h change | Percentage move over the last 24 hours — momentum at a glance. |
| Funding rate | The periodic payment between longs and shorts; positive means longs pay shorts. |
| Open interest | Total value of open positions in the market — how much is at stake. |
| 24h volume | Traded value over the last day, and the default ranking. |
Pair tabs and recent pairs
Open a market and it takes a pair tab at the top of the terminal. Open several and they stay a click apart, so you can flip between markets without losing your place in any of them. Whale.ag also remembers your recently viewed pairs, so the markets you were just in are easy to return to.
Your watchlist
Star a market and it lands on your watchlist — a personal shortlist of the markets you actually trade, drawn on the same table as the full board, so you keep the same live mark, change, funding, and open interest, narrowed to your own names. The watchlist lives on your device rather than on a server: it is private, needs no account, and belongs to you.
Beyond a shortcut, the watchlist doubles as a lens. Your starred markets can filter the Smart Money Flow view, so you watch what smart money is doing in your markets instead of the whole board.
Good to know
Because the watchlist is stored on your device, it is tied to that browser and won’t automatically follow you to a different device or a cleared one. The board reflects Hyperliquid’s live markets, so new listings appear as Hyperliquid adds them. Browsing is always free and non-custodial — funds are only ever committed when you place an order in the terminal, signed by your own wallet.
